Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the exterior of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our atelier has processed your refund.
