Made by hand in Italy, our jackets feature hand made armholes, collars, linings and buttonholes, with a full and floating canvas. Constructed with a subtle spalla camicia sleeve head as part of an entirely un-padded shoulder, with unfinished sleeves to be altered to your specifications. Our double breasted jackets feature a straight lapel tapering gently into a curved mitred closure, giving a distinctive thickness and presence to the lapel.

The first cloth developed in the Tessuti range was our house Hopsack (AIT-076). We were astounded that there wasn't a four-season Hopsack available on the market with no shine and a true navy tone. For the cornerstone of our offering we had no choice but to develop our own, woven in Italy. The gateway for the rest of the bunch, allowing us to refine our aesthetic whilst offering new fabrics to tailors around the world as cut lengths. 

Our house Hopsack (AIT-076) utilizes a Super 130's merino wool yarn, finished to our requirements to be matte and marled. It's Anglo-Italian's vision of a true four-season blazer, light and open enough to be worn in spring and summer, with the right amount of texture to pair well with corduroy and flannel alike in the colder months.
